Order Information: Products are for sale only in the U.S. only. All services are performed by Valley Medical Supply independent of the manufacturer. All information in the shipping and credit card areas must be filled out completely.  Orders will not be shipped until your credit card has been processed or bank check/money order has been received.  Please call if you are going to order with a bank check/money order.  Free shipping on orders over $150 will be sent Fed Ex ground only. All domestic orders will be shipped Fed Ex ground unless otherwise specified. Arrival time is approximately 4-7 days. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as inventory comes available which will delay receipt.  Fed Ex tracking information will be emailed once order is shipped. All prices are quoted in US dollars.  Warranty/Return Policy: All products are covered by the manufacturer.  Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore non-returnable.  Patient interface and disposable products taken out of their original packaging are non-returnable.  If the product is defective, within the manufacturer warranty period contact us to arrange for return and replacement.  Non-defective and unopened products must be returned within 30 days in order to receive credit. We accept: Checks, Money Orders, PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. PLEASE NOTE: All CPAP machines, CPAP masks, oxygen devises, nebulizers and pulse oximeters require a physician's prescription. Prescriptions for CPAP, BiPAP and Auto-Titrating machines must state the pressure at which the machine is to be set. Prescriptions for oxygen must contain a liter flow. Prescriptions may be faxed by the patient or the patient's physician to Valley Medical Supply 406-777-6924. Products requiring a prescription will not be shipped until prescription is received.
